Our Texas Classic pesto is made using the freshest basil (we pick it the same day as we make it!),parsley, local pecans, parmesan and romano cheese, garlic, olive oil, and salt! It’s all made fresh and sold the next day at the farmers market! It is delightful!

The Texas Classic Jalapeno pesto has jalapeno’s added to give it a mild kick and wonderful pepper flavor! Those who try it can’t get enough!
Thai Pesto
Our Thai pesto is made by using Thai basil, cilantro, peanuts for the nut, mint, onions, coconut (instead of cheese), peanut oil, ginger, lemon juice, lemon zest, thai peppers, jalapeno, sugar, and salt. This is great for people who don’t eat dairy! This one is very different from the first two flavors. It is incredibly good!!
Austin Pesto Company is a new pesto company here in Austin. Come see us at the Barton Creek Farmers market on Saturday mornings! We have three delicious flavors for you to try. We grow all the basil, garlic, peppers and more (without chemicals or pesticides) and buy the rest locally when available. Our Basil is always harvested and made into pesto the same day! Fresh and local, you can taste the difference!
